In the heart of the Friuli Venezia Giulia lowlands, Rivignano Teor is an ideal destination for those wishing to discover an authentic area, where nature, history and traditions coexist in harmony. Cycling – BMX
BMX is one of the fastest and newest cycling disciplines. Its principle is simple: eight riders compete on a track filled with jumps, tight turns, and obstacles. It has been included in the Olympic programme since its debut. The main rules of this sport concern safety equipment, bicycle dimensions, age limits, and the way riders advance through events. Races are usually held in “heats,” which can be single-elimination, with the top finishers advancing, or a series of races with points awarded based on final position. The competition programme during EYOF 2027, will take place in Rivignano at the Arena BMX Friuli.
